Asian Citrus Salad Recipe

ASIAN CITRUS SALAD:

1/4 green cabbage, chiffonade

1/4 red cabbage, chiffonade

1/2 cup edamame 

1/2 cup carrot, julienned

2 satsuma, segmented

1 tablespoon sesame seed 

1/4 cup sliced almonds

1/4 teaspoon salt

Combine all ingredients with desired amount of citrus vinaigrette (below).

CITRUS VINAIGRETTE:

3 cup orange juice

1 cup lime juice

1 cup lemon juice

1 tablespoon sriracha

1 tablespoon salt

3 tablespoon sugar or honey

1 chopped shallot

2 cup olive oil

Add all ingredients except oil to blender. Mix on low until combined. While blender is on, slowly add olive oil.
