Citrus Sautéed Prawns Recipe

1/4 pound prawns or shrimp, cleaned
1 tablespoon of citrus compound butter
1 tablespoon oil
1 clove fresh garlic
1 teaspoon ginger, grated
1 tablespoon white wine
pinch of salt and pepper
Heat oil in a sauté pan. Add prawns and sauté for 45 seconds. Flip shrimp and add butter, garlic, ginger, white wine, salt and pepper stirring constantly until shrimp is opaque. Remove from pan and add to Asian Citrus Salad or atop desired starch.
