Citrus Compound Butter Recipe

CITRUS COMPOUND BUTTER: a versatile topping for seafood and vegetables

1 pound butter, room temperature

1 lime 

1 lemon

1 orange

1 tablespoon salt

Place butter in a mixer or mixing bowl. Zest and juice all citrus (lime, lemon, orange) and add to the butter mix with salt and combine. Place on wax paper and mold into a log. Set in the refrigerator to harden. Slice off thin rounds to melt and top onto seafood to make a tangy butter dip.
